These are great tires... if you can afford to replace them every other ride. The knobs rounded off on the first ride, and once they started to round, the hook up you enjoy at first goes away very quickly. If I had unlimited resources though, I would run these every ride.

I\'m running this on my 05 CRF 450. It fits well, but you\'ll still need to take it off if you are afraid of getting oil on it when doing a change. It\'s all aluminum, including the mounting brackets, so it\'s pretty light.

Very heavy,  Wednesday, 28 June 2006

I picked this up as a replacement for my stock aluminum sprocket. As far as steel sprockets go, I\'m sure it is as good as any. It was straight, and very solid. I just can\'t believe how heavy it was. It had to be 2 pounds heavier than my stock aluminum.

I swapped out the stock chain from my CRF for the DID X-Ring. There is no stretching with this thing. I\'ve been riding several months now, and have only had to adjust it after my initial ride. DID switched to a rivet style master link, so you will need a rivet gun, or to purchase the clip style master link setup. Also this chain is slightly wider than a normal chain, so you will need to get a spacer for your front sprocket.
