Seriously?, Thursday, 13 July 2006
Hmm, my stock radiators have always worked fine for me. If I ever do ruin my radiator, maybe I will try the PWR, but I haven\'t really ever considered it a neccessity. Anyone else experienced longer engine life because of their radiator?
Paper filters suck!, Thursday, 13 July 2006
I change my filter after each ride. Yeah, some say that that is overkill, but I\'m a believer keeping a 4 stroke in tip top condition. Having a couple of filters on hand make an oil change a snap. I change my oil, throw in a new filter and I\'m done. Then if I have time, I clean my old filter or put it in a baggy for cleaning later. I\'ve found that using a good cleaning solvent removes most if not all debris. Sometimes I used an old soft tooth brush to remove lodged particles. I won\'t ever go back to paper filters.
Worth the money!, Thursday, 13 July 2006
I\'ve had the same experience as Mike, I love the chain. I haven\'t noticed any streching and don\'t even think about a possible break when racing. This chain does instill confidence.
Great choice, Thursday, 13 July 2006
I absolutely love this tire! I used to like the 756, but this tire is heads and toes above the 756. The tire wears like iron, but hooks up like a softer compound tire. I guess there is room for improvement, but I haven\'t found a better tire than the Dunlop 739!
Corby is up in the night!, Thursday, 13 July 2006
Yeah, I\'m not sure if that guy or girl has really riden the 06. I\'ve had a yz400, yz426, yz450 (4 speed)and now this new 450. This one is the best of them all. I\'ve ridden my friends KTM\'s and CR\'s and this is by far better. I love the new 5 speed tranny, cause out in the desert there are times when you really want to open it up and it goes! And for the tracks, well the extra shifting (if I ever do it) doesn\'t bother me at all. Also, I love the graphics, just like the good ol\' days!
