I\'ve had several HJC helmets. I\'ve always ridden with inexpensive helmets, and never had a problem. I recently picked up the Fly Tim Ferry replica. The HJC is not the most durable helmet out there. I broke the visor early on, and the liner started falling apart on me after about a year.

Very light, but won\'t last long,  Sunday, 09 July 2006

The Renthals are extremely light, which is their selling point, but mine didn\'t last a month. I ride allot (4-5 times a week) and this thing didn\'t make it through June for me. The black anodizing looks very trick though.

This thing will last forever. Not the lightest girl on the dance floor, but it\'s less than $15 and lasts an eternity.

This is a great bike, but I\'ve had some problems with the handling, and the valves. I don\'t know what it is about this bike, but I can never get confident in tight turns, espesially flat turns. It always feels like it wants to wash out. I\'ve tried several different tires, but nothing has really helped. It may be that I am used to the handling of a 250f, and it just takes more effort to get this hog around rocks, and logs. I also had the dreaded valve problem after about 100 hours. Spent nearly $1000 putting in stainless valves, and getting the valve seats cut.

I\'m running a 250, and this thing still stretched like crazy. I switched to the DID X-Ring and had much better luck.
