Here is a quick description on how to replace your triple clamps. Allot of manufactures are making special offset clamps now that can improve cornering, stability or both. The job is simple enough, and shouldn't take any more than 20 minutes.
You’ve heard it before, but I’ll say it again. It’s always best to start with a clean motorcycle. So spray the thing off, clean your work area, then get started. Changing the fork seals almost always results in a mess, so be prepared to be assaulted by copious amounts of fork oil. This job is best done with your spouse visiting family, because things usually do get messy.
Remove the front wheel, then the forks.
Remove the large top fork cap and dump the oil. There are special tools made by Motion Pro and others that are specifically designed for the fork top cap. A large crescent wrench also works.

This modification consists of altering your Accelerator Pump timing and altering the stock parts associated with the accelerator pump. By performing this mod, there have been noticeable gains in throttle responsiveness, making the bike less prone to low end bog and making the bike perform better than stock. While we understand that each bike is different, we have successfully test this mod on a 2004 CRF450R, 2005 CRF450R, and a 2006 CRF450R, all with noticeable performance gains.
