Description

Some have called this boot "the perfect 10--the standard by which we now measure all motocross boots."(Transworld motocross magazine) others have praised the fit --the comfort and the long lasting quality. For 2006 we have updated the color combinations as well as refined the features. Try a pair on and feel the difference.

  • Full grain leather construction.

  • Replaceable billet aluminum buckles.
  • Dual composite soles for extended wear.
  • Plush interior made from a polyurethane Biofoam which conforms to your foot with less bulk & obstruction.
  • Pivoting ankle design offers support and flexibility.
  • 180 degree embossed biofoam protective calf panel.

Picked these up after my swingarm put a nice hematoma on my left ankle through my older Tech 6\'s. Man I wish i had the armor on these babies two weeks ago! Awesome boots, great protection and the fit and feel are just great. A bit pricy (I paid $300) but don\'t skimp on boots, along with a good lid the most critical piece of equipment you\'ll buy.

I\'ve tried many mx boots, and these are by far the most comfortable boots. They\'ve held up well over a year of hard abuse. What else do you need?

I have wide feet so the boot needed punching out a little, but still a little tight. Good support overall, and take a beating.

I\'ve got these and the Tech 8\'s. I think the Alpinestar are a little lighter, but I usually end up taking the Gaerne\'s with me when I go riding. I think they hold up a little better.

As much as the rave was about these boots, I decided to purchase a pair based on the the rave. I wore these boots for about 5 rides before they started falling apart. Buckles were breaking, strape bolts were falling out, and my whole exp with them went out the window. On my last ride with them, I broke my foot from the flex and stiffness in the toe. If you have wide feet, and possibly pinky toes problems, these boots dont conform well, and take longer to break in. My overall exp with them was very poor, while others might still rave about them, I chose to look at other boots for my feet.
